Arrowhead Retirement Home

Here is a new project that we just started.

It is a framing job for a retirement community in Peoria; a suburb of Phoenix…

We are right on schedule so far (actually, a little ahead of schedule)…

And we are trying to keep adding one new finished floor every week.

Mott School Addition

Here is an addition to a public school that we have underway in Mott ND.

We are doing all of the structural (and non structural) work with metal studs.

We are also doing the sheetrock, sound insulation, as well as all of the sheetrock hang/tape/texture/prime & paint.

You’ll note the exterior sheathing and Tyvek as well.

SkyMall Completed

Here is a recent project we just finished.

It is the Sky Mall, and it came out exactly as designed.

We did the steel structure as well as the interior finishes

To include the stone, sheetrock and texture….

And note the exterior burnished block which created  some nice exterior finishes…

Professional Building Construction

We are also working on a new breed of professional buildings as well.

This is a small professional building created from the ground up from custom specs in Bismarck, ND.

We came in on time with the production schedule (as well as on budget); despite a little lag time waiting for other trades to complete their work.

We completed this one from the ground up in just under three weeks…

And we think you’ll agree with us… It came out pretty stunning.

Country Inn Hotel & Suites

Here is a commercial job we finished in Wisconsin last year.

It is a Country Inn Hotel and Suites in Fitchburg, Wisconsin (a western suburb of Madison).

As a subcontractor, we framed the two-story hotel, built a 20′ high ICF pool room, and finished the  interior of the building.

The building was sided with brick and stone, helping it win an award from corporate headquarters for Best New Country Inn and Suites built that year.

Commercial Real Estate Office

Here is a recent commercial office remodel that we did for a Remax real estate office in Wisconsin.

This project was a commercial space stripped down to just the four walls and remodeled into attractive and updated office.

We refinished the floors and built a conference room in the middle with loft space upstairs for the agents; and we included a kitchen and bathroom area as well!

Notice the unique use of the glass block in the stairs and windows in the conference ...
